Life is crazy, amirite? You’re overbooked, overwhelmed and overextended, and yet still unfulfilled with how you look and feel. You’re stressed. You’re mindlessly multi-tasking. You aren’t happy with what you see in the mirror. But you’re sick of trying the same old plan that ends up the same old way- with you feeling unsuccessful, and out of control. I know you just want the tools and guidance to finally feel comfortable in your own skin. 

At Happy Belly we believe creating true happiness and a healthy lifestyle isn’t just a pipe dream. And we believe that we’re the ones who can help you achieve it. 

The mind and body are so connected, and so we believe in taking a holistic approach. We blend coaching and counseling to help you set your goals, create a completely doable plan, reset your mindset, and finally get out of your own way. Because here’s the reality- it’s not just about the right diet, or the perfect workout plan, or a meal prep strategy. It’s bigger than that. This is about ending the cycle that just isn’t working for you. This is about the small changes that yield big results. This is about paring down so you can better show up. And, most importantly, this is about the belief that dieting doesn’t bring self-love. Changing your mindset brings self love. And self-love changes your relationship with food. 

It’s time to stop fearing food. It’s time to stop skipping date nights because you can’t stick to a plan. It’s time to stop putting yourself on the backburner because you think there’s not enough time. It’s time to start showing up for yourself, because you deserve it.
